Booking and Redemption Terms & Conditions:

  1. Voucher Validity: Valid for a one-night stay within the specified room type from July 10 to October 10, 2024. Subject to availability; advance reservation required.
  2. Usage: The voucher is non-transferable and exclusively for the voucher holder. It cannot be sold, auctioned, or traded.
  3. Redemption Instructions: Contact the hotel's reservation department as indicated on the voucher, quoting the Redemption Code. Original ID proof is required at check-in.
  4. Additional Charges: Covers room, Breakfast (on selected hotels) and tax for one night only. Additional expenses, such as meals and incidentals, are the voucher holder's responsibility.
  5. Cancellation Policy: Bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed.
  6. Liability: The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and will not offer replacements or refunds.
  7. Data Protection: Redeeming a voucher signifies agreement to the hotel's privacy policy and consent for the use of personal data for booking and promotional activities.
  8. Amendment Rights: The hotel reserves the right to modify voucher terms and conditions without prior notice.
